General conditions of sale
These General Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations of the parties, be "the seller", the individual company located at 1 rue des Munitionnettes in Rennes as well as any user of the site www.neda-artisanat.com (the "customer" or "buyer" or "buyers") wishing to acquire the products offered for sale by the seller ("products") on the site www.neda-artisanat.com ("Site "). 1 -Acceptance of conditions

These general conditions of sale will prevail on all other conditions appearing in any other contradictory document, except prior derogation, express and written. The conditions applicable to any order are those in force at the time of the order.
Any buyer is deemed to have read and accepted in their entirety these general conditions of sale before the validation of his order.
2 - Order
To be able to place an order of products on the site, the customer must:

- Have the legal capacity to purchases ordered products,
- Hold the bank card used when paying the order or be duly authorized by the owner of the bank card to use it to pay the order.
The Customer guarantees to the Seller that he fulfills all of these conditions well and that the bank account associated by means of payment used during the order is sufficiently supplied to respond duly to his payment obligation.

The sale is considered final when:

- and after collection by the seller of the full order price.
Any order incorporates acceptance for the customer of the product description as well as their price.
The individual company Néda reserves the right to cancel or block any order in particular, defect in payment from a customer, erroneous information provided by the buyer or even a customer with whom There is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
The customer is held by the information he states and provided to the seller. Indeed, in the event of errors in the wording of customer's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering an order.

3 - Price
The prices are printed in euros. The price indicated on the product sheets does not include delivery cost which will be recorded and indicated before the validation of the order.
The seller reserves the right to modify the prices of products sold on the site at any time and without notice.
During the order confirmation, the final price is indicated, this includes all taxes and contributions for the European Union whose value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order for France and the countries of the European Union.
In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, the customer is considered to be the importer of the product (s) concerned. Any customs fees or other taxes that could be applied if the customer orders outside of metropolitan France are not included in this price. The seller is not liable for these rights and amounts, they will therefore be the responsibility of the buyer and will be entirely responsibility. The Customer undertakes to pay all taxes and customs duties due to the import of products under the laws of the country's reception country.

4 - Payment
The price indicated on the order confirmation by the seller corresponds to the price invoiced to the customer. Any order takes the place of a payment obligation from the customer. The customer must therefore pay the amount indicated to him at the time of the order. The execution of the order only takes place after the full payment by the customer of the amount of his order.
Several payment methods at the customer's choice are available to the latter to pay their order. These payment methods are expressly indicated on the site www.neda-artisanat.com.
5 - Delivery
The individual company Néda delivers everywhere in mainland France as well as internationally by Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
All orders in stock are dispatched within ten working days maximum after registering the customer's order except in exceptional cases which will of course be reported to the Customer either by email or directly on the site www.neda-artisanat.com.
The products are delivered to the customer to the address indicated by the latter during the ordering process. Its responsibility is to verify the accuracy of the information mentioned when ordering.
Being informed that the delivery of products is made by Colissimo or Mondial Relay, the Customer therefore authorizes the seller to transmit his personal data to Colissimo or Mondia Relay in order to allow Colissimo or Mondial Relay to send the customer's order to The address that the latter will have given when placing his order.
To follow the delivery process, the customer will have a tracking number sent by Colissimo on the email indicated at the time of his order.
The Customer's responsibility is to provide exactly all the details necessary for the correct delivery of his order and perfect delivery.
- Delivery by Colissimo:
If the customer is absent during delivery, a passing notice will be placed in his mailbox in the event of delivery via Colissimo.
If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, open or damaged, the customer must check the condition of the products ordered. If the latter have been damaged, he must then refuse the package and note a handwritten reserve on the delivery slip indicating that the package is refused because it is damaged or open. Any anomaly noted when receipt and when the package is opened must be noted by the buyer on this delivery slip. This handwritten reserve must be accompanied by the customer's signature.
This parcel verification is considered to be effectively carried out by the buyer as soon as the latter or a person he authorized has signed a delivery voucher.
Shipping cost :
The delivery costs are indicated on the site. They differ according to the delivery method chosen by the customer. The Customer is informed of the amount of these costs prior to the validation of his order.
6 - withdrawal
HAS - Application of the right to withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article L121-21 of the Consumer Code "The consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal of a contract concluded at a distance" And this without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception of shipping costs.
This withdrawal period begins to run from the day of delivery to the customer of the product (s) subject to his order.
The Customer exercises his right of withdrawal before the end of the period of fourteen days, without having to motivate his decision by any declaration devoid of ambiguity expressing his desire to retract in accordance with the coupon which details the procedure to follow for the return of the products delivered with each order.
To return his package as part of this right to withdrawal, the customer must

Returns are to be made in their original condition and must be complete (packaging, ECT accessories, etc.) in order to allow the recommercialization of products returned to the new condition.
The seller will check the returned product (s) to detect any damage and to ensure that this or these products have not been used. Damaged, salis or incomplete products are not included.
In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal within the period and the aforementioned conditions, the price of the purchased product (s) as well as the costs of their delivery are reimbursed. The return costs are the customer's charge.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt, by the seller, of the products returned by the buyer under the conditions provided above.
B - Exceptions to the right to withdrawal
According to article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
- provision of goods whose price depends on fluctuations on the financial market escaping the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period;
- supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized ;
- provision of goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
- provision of goods which have been unconstruction by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- provision of goods which, after having been delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles;
- provision of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations on the market escaping the control of the professional;
- maintenance or repair work to be carried out in an emergency at the consumer's home and expressly asked by him, within the limit of spare parts and strictly necessary work to respond to the emergency;
- Supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they were unzore by the consumer after delivery;
- providing a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts to these publications;
- Supply of digital content not provided on a material medium whose execution began after express prior agreement of the consumer and express renunciation of their right of withdrawal.
7 - Disputes
This contract is subject to French law. The competent court is the judicial court. In the event of a dispute or complaint, the amicable solution is to be favored, to do this, the customer will first aim to the seller.

8 - Guarantee
A - Legal guarantee of conformity

In accordance with article L211-12 of the Consumer Code "The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the issuance of the property.”
B - Guarantees of hidden defects
In accordance with article 1641 of the Civil Code:
“The seller is held from the guarantee due to the hidden defects of the thing sold which make it unfit for the use to which it is destined, or which decreases this use so much, that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given a lower price, if he had known them.”
In accordance with article 1648 of the Civil Code paragraph 1:
“The action resulting from crippling vices must be brought by the buyer within two years from the discovery of the defect. »
9 - Personal data and cookies
