GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The present general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationships of the parties, namely "the Seller", RHMCO OÜ located at Sepapaja tn 6, 1555 in Tallinn (Estonia) as well as any user of the site www.neda-artisanat.com (the "Client" or "Buyer" or "Buyers") wishing to acquire the products offered for sale by the Seller ("the Products") on the site www.neda-artisanat.com ("
1 - Acceptance of the conditions
When placing an order, the Client acknowledges having read the specific terms of sale set out below and is deemed to have accepted all the general terms and conditions of sale. In other words, the validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
The Client is deemed to accept them without reservation. These general terms and conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other contradictory document, except for prior, express and written derogation. Indeed, the Seller reserves the right to make occasional modifications to its general terms and conditions. These will take effect upon their online publication.
The conditions applicable to any order are those in force at the time of the order.
Any buyer is deemed to have read and accepted in their entirety these general terms and conditions of sale before validating their order.
2 - Order
To be able to place an order for products on the site, the Client must:
- Be at least 18 years old,
- Have the legal capacity to make purchases of ordered products,
- Be the holder of the bank card used during the payment of the order or be duly authorized by the owner of the bank card to use it to proceed with the payment of the order.
The Client guarantees the seller that they meet all these conditions and that the bank account associated with the payment method used during the order is sufficiently funded to duly fulfill their payment obligation.
Automatic recording systems are considered as proof of:
- Communications between the parties
- The nature, content, and date of the order between the parties
- Payments made or not made between the parties.
The sale is considered final when:
- RHMCO OÜ confirms to the Client the acceptance of their order by email to the email address provided by them,
- and after the Seller has received full payment for the order.
Any order implies acceptance by the Client of the description of the products and their price.
RHMCO OÜ reserves the right to cancel or block any order in particular cases of non-payment by a client, erroneous information provided by the buyer, or a client with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
The Client is bound by the information they provide to the seller. Indeed, in case of errors in the Client's contact details, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver an order.

3 - Price
The prices displayed on the Site are automatically indicated in the Client's country currency (euros €, dollars $...), thanks to Shopify.
The final applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation

No additional customs fees for the EU.
For other countries, any taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the Client.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation.
4 - Payment
Payment is made online, securely, via the solutions available on the Site (credit card, PayPal, Stripe).
The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.
The price indicated on the order confirmation by the Seller corresponds to the price charged to the Client. Any order constitutes a payment obligation on the part of the Client. The Client must therefore pay the amount indicated at the time of the order. The execution of the order only occurs after the Client has fully paid the amount of their order.
Several payment methods are available for the Client to pay for their order. These payment methods are expressly indicated on the site www.neda-artisanat.com.
5 - Delivery
I - Delivery
RHMCO ÖÜ delivers internationally via Aramex, FedEx, Chronopost, GLS, or private carriers.
All orders in stock are shipped within a maximum of ten business days after the customer's order is registered, except for items made to order and exceptional cases which will of course be communicated to the Client either by email or directly on the site www.neda-artisanat.com.
The products are delivered to the Client at the address indicated by them during the ordering process. It is their responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information mentioned during their order.
Being informed that the delivery of products is carried out by Aramex, FedEx, GLS Chronopost, or private carriers. The client consequently authorizes the Seller to transmit their personal data to FedEx, Aramex, Chronopost, or our other private carriers in order to allow these transport companies to deliver the client's order to the address provided by them when placing their order.
To follow the delivery process, the client will receive a tracking number sent by Aramex, FedEx, Aramex, Chronopost, or private carriers to the email provided at the time of their order.
The Client is responsible for providing accurately all the necessary details for the proper delivery of their order and perfect delivery.
- Delivery by Aramex, FedEx, Chronopost, or private carriers:
If the Client is absent during delivery, a notice will be left in their mailbox or notified by message, call, or email.
If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, open, or torn, the Client must check the condition of the ordered products. If they have been damaged, they must refuse the package and note a handwritten reservation on the delivery slip indicating that the package is refused because it is damaged or open. Any anomaly noticed upon receipt and opening of the package must be noted by the buyer on this delivery slip. This handwritten reservation must be accompanied by the Client's signature.
This verification of the package is considered effectively carried out by the buyer as soon as they or a person they have authorized has signed the delivery note.
Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees are specified before order confirmation.
Home delivery is offered from €250 for France, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Switzerland.
For the rest of the world : Home delivery offered from €500/$
For other countries in the world: the shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of cart validation
II- Returns and refunds
A - Application of the right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Procedure:

Notification of the wish to withdraw by email to infos@neda-artisanat.com,

Return of complete, unused products in their original condition.
The return costs are the responsibility of the Client except in the case of an exchange.
The refund occurs within 14 days following the receipt and verification of the returned products.
The Seller will check the returned product(s) for any damage and ensure that the product(s) have not been used. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete products are not accepted.
6 - Withdrawal
A - Application of the right of withdrawal
According to the provisions of article L121-21 of the Consumer Code « the consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from a distance contract » without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for shipping costs.
This withdrawal period starts from the day of delivery to the client of the product(s) subject to their order.
The Client exercises their right of withdrawal before the end of the fourteen-day period, without having to justify their decision through any unambiguous declaration expressing their wish to withdraw in accordance with the coupon detailing the procedure to follow for the return of products delivered with each order.
To return their package under this right of withdrawal, the Client must
Contact the Seller by email at the following address : infos.neda@gmail.com indicating their name and surname, the date of the order as well as the reference of their order. The Seller will then send them by email the return procedure to follow.
Returns must be made in their original condition and must be complete (packaging, accessories, etc.) to allow the resale of returned products as new.
The Seller will check the returned product(s) for any damage and ensure that the product(s) have not been used. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete products are not accepted.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period and conditions, the price of the purchased product(s) and their delivery costs are refunded. The return costs are the responsibility of the Client.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt, by the Seller, of the products returned by the Buyer under the conditions provided above.
B - Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
According to article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to products:

Made to measure or personalized at the request of the Client.
7 - Disputes
This contract is subject to Estonian law. However, in accordance with applicable European law, European consumers have the option to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute or claim, an amicable solution is preferred; to do this, the Customer will first contact the Seller.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial, or bodily, which may result from malfunction or misuse of the products sold.
8 - Warranty
A - Legal warranty of conformity
In accordance with Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code
"The seller is required to deliver a product that conforms to the contract and is responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. They are also responsible for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions, or installation when this has been charged to them by the contract or has been carried out under their responsibility.”
In accordance with Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code
“To be in conformity with the contract, the product must:
- be suitable for the use usually expected of a similar product and, if applicable: - correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model: - present the qualities that a buyer can reasonably expect given the public statements made by the seller, the producer, or their representative, particularly in advertising or labeling.
- or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, made known to the seller and accepted by the latter.”
In accordance with Article L211-12 of the Consumer Code “The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the product.”
B - Warranty against hidden defects
In accordance with Article 1641 of the Civil Code:
“The seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects of the item sold which render it unsuitable for the use for which it was intended, or which diminish this use so much that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lesser price, if they had known about them.”
In accordance with Article 1648 of the Civil Code, paragraph 1:
“The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect. »
9 - Personal data and cookies
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the information collected is necessary for processing orders and managing the customer relationship.

Furthermore, the Seller does not share any personal information with third parties for prospecting purposes, but may be required to disclose it to legally authorized organizations and authorities, insofar as the disclosure is required or permitted by law, or when it deems it necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws and other regulations, or to protect or defend its rights or those of its employees, customers, or any other person.
Finally, your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely handled by Paypal or Stripe.
If the Client has previously agreed, they may receive marketing emails (Newsletters) from which they can unsubscribe, for emails, by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email received.
All personal information is stored with the Site's host, whose contact details are listed on the Site under the "Legal Notices" section.
Under no circumstances does RHMCO OÜ ask to confirm account details or those of a bank card by email. If the Client receives an email allegedly sent by RHMCO OÜ requesting such information, they should not respond.
The Site uses cookies (session cookies) that only allow the storage of temporary data related to the current session such as the products you select, the time spent on the Site. This information collected is in no way nominative.
Upon arrival on the Site, the Client is informed of the presence of these cookies. Continuing to browse the Site constitutes acceptance. What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is free for purchases over 250€ for France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands.
For the rest of the world, it is free for orders over 500€/$.
Below these amounts, the fees are automatically calculated at the time of ordering, based on weight, volume, and destination.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide via reliable carriers such as FedEx, Aramex, Colissimo, or Chronopost, with a tracking number.
Are there any customs fees?
- No customs fees for deliveries within the European Union and the United States.
- For other countries, potential fees may apply according to local legislation. We always do our utmost to facilitate customs clearance.

- 5 to 13 business days for Europe
- 7 to 15 business days for the rest of the world
Custom-made products: a manufacturing time is added depending on the complexity and size of the work, this time is always communicated to you. We remain in contact at each stage to keep you informed in real-time.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to notify us of a return (excluding custom-made products). Return costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Where are your products made?
All our products are handmade by local artisans in Morocco, with traditional know-how and carefully selected natural materials. We also work with Afghan artisans for Afghan kilims and suzani as well as artisans from Burkina Faso and Ghana for some of our baskets and hangings.
Are your pieces unique?
Yes. The majority of our creations are unique pieces or produced in small series. Each item may therefore have slight variations, which adds to their charm.
How to care for a Berber rug?
- Vacuum once or twice a week (avoid the too-hard rotary brush)
- Rotate it regularly (once or twice a year) if exposed to sunlight.
- Clean stains with diluted black soap (or other non-abrasive soap) and a soft cloth.
- For stubborn stains: use saumière powder, let it act, then vacuum.
How to care for your other items (furniture, cushions, etc.)?
- Furniture: wipe with a slightly damp soft cloth or soap. Avoid detergents.
- Wool textiles: hand wash only, in cold water. For delicate pieces, prefer a specialized dry cleaner.
