Delivery, returns and reimbursement policy

I - Delivery

The individual company Néda delivers everywhere in mainland France as well as internationally by Colissimo or Mondial Relay.

All orders in stock are dispatched within ten working days maximum after registering the customer's order except in exceptional cases which will of course be reported to the Customer either by email or directly on the site www.neda-artisanat.com.

The products are delivered to the customer to the address indicated by the latter during the ordering process. Its responsibility is to verify the accuracy of the information mentioned when ordering.

Being informed that the delivery of the products is made by Colissimo or Mondial Relay or Private Package. The Customer therefore authorizes the seller to transmit his personal data to Colissimo, private or global package Relay in order to allow Colissimo, private or global package to send the customer's order to the address that the latter will have informed during of placing his order.

To follow the delivery process, the customer will have a follow -up number sent by Colissimo, private or global package Relay on the email indicated at the time of their order.

The Customer's responsibility is to provide exactly all the details necessary for the correct delivery of his order and perfect delivery.

  • Delivery by Colissimo:

If the customer is absent during delivery, a passing notice will be placed in his mailbox in the event of delivery via Colissimo.

If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, open or damaged, the customer must check the condition of the products ordered. If the latter have been damaged, he must then refuse the package and note a handwritten reserve on the delivery slip indicating that the package is refused because it is damaged or open. Any anomaly noted when receipt and when the package is opened must be noted by the buyer on this delivery slip. This handwritten reserve must be accompanied by the customer's signature.

This parcel verification is considered to be effectively carried out by the buyer as soon as the latter or a person he authorized has signed a delivery voucher.

Shipping cost :

The delivery costs are indicated on the site. They differ according to the delivery method chosen by the customer. The Customer is informed of the amount of these costs prior to the validation of his order.

II- Returns and reimbursements

HAS - Application of the right to withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of article L121-21 of the Consumer Code "The consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal of a contract concluded at a distance" And this without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception of shipping costs.

This withdrawal period begins to run from the day of delivery to the customer of the product (s) subject to his order.

The Customer exercises his right of withdrawal before the end of the period of fourteen days, without having to motivate his decision by any declaration devoid of ambiguity expressing his desire to retract in accordance with the coupon which details the procedure to follow for the return of the products delivered with each order.

To return his package as part of this right to withdrawal, the customer must

Contact the seller by email on the following email address: infos.neda@gmail.com  By indicating his name and surname, his date of the order as well as the reference of his order. The seller will then send him the return procedure by e-mail to follow.

Returns are to be made in their original condition and must be complete (packaging, ECT accessories, etc.) in order to allow the recommercialization of products returned to the new condition.

The seller will check the returned product (s) to detect any damage and to ensure that this or these products have not been used. Damaged, salis or incomplete products are not included.

In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal within the period and the aforementioned conditions, the price of the purchased product (s) as well as the costs of their delivery are reimbursed. The return costs are the customer's charge.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt, by the seller, of the products returned by the buyer under the conditions provided above.

B - Exceptions to the right to withdrawal

According to article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
- provision of goods whose price depends on fluctuations on the financial market escaping the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period;
- supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized ;
- provision of goods likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
- provision of goods which have been unconstruction by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- provision of goods which, after having been delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles;
- provision of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations on the market escaping the control of the professional;
- maintenance or repair work to be carried out in an emergency at the consumer's home and expressly asked by him, within the limit of spare parts and strictly necessary work to respond to the emergency;
- Supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they were unzore by the consumer after delivery;
- providing a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts to these publications;
- Supply of digital content not provided on a material medium whose execution began after express prior agreement of the consumer and express renunciation of their right of withdrawal.
