BOUCHEROUITE RUGS

The rug Boucherouites are woven from old fabric scraps. The rug Boucherouite are cotton berber rugs (sometimes mixed with other fabrics) made by Moroccan women with reclaimed fabrics. This ingenious process is what we would call today upcycling. These colorful Moroccan patchwork rugs are nonetheless genuine artisanal works of art, blending spontaneity and authenticity.
