France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands.

For the rest of the world, delivery is free from 500€/$ of purchase.

Below these amounts, fees are automatically calculated at the time of order, based on weight, volume, and destination.

Yes, we deliver worldwide with reliable carriers such as FedEx, Colissimo, Aramex, or Chronopost.

Estimated times vary according to the destination country:
• Europe: 5 to 13 business days
• United States & international: 7 to 15 business days
For custom pieces, a specific production time may be added.

Yes, you have the right to change your mind, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return. You can choose to be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in case of an exchange.

NB: depending on the country, PayPal offers payment in 3 or 4 installments without fees.

All our products are handmade by local artisans in Morocco, with traditional know-how and carefully selected natural materials. We also work with Afghan artisans for Afghan kilims and suzani as well as artisans from Burkina Fasso and Ghana for some of our baskets and hangings.

Yes, each piece is unique. Our items are handmade, so there may be slight variations that add to their charm.

Maintenance is very simple:
• Regularly vacuum without an abrasive rotating brush.
• Rotate the rug from time to time, especially if exposed to sunlight, to avoid uneven discoloration.
• In case of a stain, clean with a mild soap (such as diluted black soap) and a damp cloth.
• For stubborn stains, use saumière powder, let it act, then vacuum.

Wool textiles (cushions, throws, etc.)
• Never machine wash.
• Hand wash in cold water, without rubbing.
• For optimal cleaning, entrust them to a professional dry cleaner accustomed to artisanal textiles.

Furniture and decorative objects
• A slightly damp soft cloth is sufficient.
• Avoid conventional detergents: we use noble and natural materials (raw wood, brass, tadelakt, zellige…), which do not tolerate harsh products.

This on-the-ground proximity is a true guarantee of reliability, especially for custom orders where every detail counts.

The lead times vary depending on the nature of the project. For custom rugs, it depends on several factors:
• the size,
• the quantity,
• the type of weaving,
• and sometimes, the availability of materials.

In some cases, especially for very large formats or complex projects, the lead times can be up to 6 months. This is because each piece is entirely handmade, sometimes with specific materials that we need to order in advance.

As soon as a request is made, we consult our artisans to assess feasibility and define a realistic timeline. This timeline takes into account the current workload of the workshops, supply, and even the climate, as some steps (like drying wools or pigments) can be sensitive to weather conditions.

We are transparent about each step and keep the client informed in real-time. Our presence on-site in Morocco is a real asset: it allows us to closely monitor each order, react quickly in case of unforeseen events, and ensure rigorous quality control from start to finish.
