Delivery, returns and reimbursement policy

 

I - Delivery

The sole proprietorship Néda delivers throughout Metropolitan France as well as internationally via Colissimo, FedEx, Chronopost, or private carriers.

All orders in stock are shipped within a maximum of ten working days after the customer's order is recorded, except in exceptional cases which will of course be notified to the Customer either by email or directly on the website www.neda-artisanat.com.

The products are delivered to the Customer at the address indicated by the latter during the order process. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information mentioned during their order.

Being informed that the delivery of products is carried out by Colissimo, FedEx, Chronopost, or private carriers. The customer consequently authorizes the Seller to transmit their personal data to Colissimo, FedEx, Chronopost, or our other private carriers in order to allow these transport companies to deliver the customer's order to the address provided by the latter when placing their order.

To track the delivery process, the customer will have a tracking number sent by Colissimo, FedEx, Chronopost, or private carriers to the email provided at the time of their order.

The Customer is responsible for providing all necessary details accurately for the proper delivery of their order and perfect delivery.

  • Delivery by Colissimo, FedEx, Chronopost, or private carriers:

If the Customer is absent during delivery, a notice will be left in their mailbox or notified via message or email.

If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, opened, or damaged, the Customer must check the condition of the ordered products. If they have been damaged, they must then refuse the package and note a handwritten reservation on the delivery slip indicating that the package is refused because it is damaged or opened. Any anomaly noticed upon receipt and when opening the package must be noted by the buyer on this delivery slip. This handwritten reservation must be accompanied by the Customer's signature.

This verification of the package is considered effectively carried out by the buyer as soon as the latter or a person they have authorized has signed the delivery note.

Delivery Fees:

The delivery fees are indicated on the Site. They differ depending on the delivery method chosen by the Customer. The Customer is informed of the amount of these fees prior to the validation of their Order.

II- Returns and Refunds

A - Application of the right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-21 of the Consumer Code « the consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from a contract concluded remotely » and this without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for shipping costs.

This withdrawal period begins from the day of delivery to the customer of the product(s) subject to their order.

The Customer exercises their right of withdrawal before the end of the fourteen-day period, without having to justify their decision by any unambiguous declaration expressing their desire to withdraw in accordance with the coupon detailing the procedure to follow for returning the products delivered with each order.

To return their package under this right of withdrawal, the Customer must

Contact the Seller by email at the following address: infos.neda@gmail.com  indicating their name and surname, the date of the order, as well as the reference of their order. The Seller will then send them the return procedure to follow by email.

Returns must be made in their original state and must be complete (packaging, accessories, etc.) to allow the resale of returned products in new condition.

The Seller will check the returned product(s) for any damage and ensure that the product(s) have not been used. Damaged, soiled, or incomplete products are not accepted.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period and conditions, the price of the purchased product(s) as well as the delivery costs are refunded. The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt, by the Seller, of the products returned by the Buyer under the conditions provided above.

B - Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

According to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
- for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the professional's control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
- for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized ;
- for the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons;
- for the supply of goods which, after being delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the professional's control;
- for maintenance or repair work to be carried out urgently at the consumer's home and expressly requested by them, within the limits of spare parts and work strictly necessary to respond to the emergency;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;
- for the supply of a newspaper, periodical, or magazine, except for subscription contracts to these publications;
- for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose execution has begun after the consumer's prior express agreement and express renunciation of their right of withdrawal.

Shipping is free for purchases over 250€ for France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands.

For the rest of the world, it is free for orders over 500€/$.

Yes, we deliver worldwide via reliable carriers such as FedEx, Aramex, Colissimo, or Chronopost, with a tracking number.

  • No customs fees for deliveries within the European Union and the United States.
  • For other countries, potential fees may apply according to local legislation. We always do our utmost to facilitate customs clearance.

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to notify us of a return (excluding custom-made products). Return costs are the buyer's responsibility.

All our products are handmade by local artisans in Morocco, with traditional know-how and carefully selected natural materials. We also work with Afghan artisans for Afghan kilims and suzani as well as artisans from Burkina Faso and Ghana for some of our baskets and hangings.

Yes. The majority of our creations are unique pieces or produced in small series. Each item may therefore have slight variations, which adds to their charm.

  • Vacuum once or twice a week (avoid the too-hard rotary brush)
  • Rotate it regularly (once or twice a year) if exposed to sunlight.
  • Clean stains with diluted black soap (or other non-abrasive soap) and a soft cloth.
  • For stubborn stains: use saumière powder, let it act, then vacuum.
  • Furniture: wipe with a slightly damp soft cloth or soap. Avoid detergents.
  • Wool textiles: hand wash only, in cold water. For delicate pieces, prefer a specialized dry cleaner.
