When placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read the special conditions of sale set out below and is deemed to have accepted all the general conditions of sale. In other words, validation of the order applies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

The customer is deemed to accept them without reservation. These general conditions of sale will prevail on all other conditions appearing in any other contradictory document, except prior derogation, express and written. Indeed, the seller reserves the right to punctually make changes in its general conditions. These will take effect upon their online publication.

The conditions applicable to any order are those in force at the time of the order.

Any buyer is deemed to have read and accepted in their entirety these general conditions of sale before the validation of his order.

  • Order

To be able to place an order of products on the site, the customer must:

  • Be at least 18 years old,
  • Have the legal capacity to purchases ordered products,
  • Hold the bank card used when paying the order or be duly authorized by the owner of the bank card to use it to pay the order.

The Customer guarantees to the Seller that he fulfills all of these conditions well and that the bank account associated by means of payment used during the order is sufficiently supplied to respond duly to his payment obligation.

Automatic recording systems are considered to be proof:

  • Communications between the parties
  • of the nature, the content and the date of the order intervened between the parties,
  • Payments made or not between the parties.

The sale is considered final when:

-The individual company Néda confirms the customer acceptance of his order by email to the email address that the latter will have communicated,

- and after collection by the seller of the full order price.

Any order incorporates acceptance for the customer of the product description as well as their price.

The individual company Néda reserves the right to cancel or block any order in particular, defect in payment from a customer, erroneous information provided by the buyer or even a customer with whom There is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

The customer is held by the information he states and provided to the seller. Indeed, in the event of errors in the wording of customer's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering an order.

  • Price

 

The prices are printed in euros. The price indicated on the product sheets does not include delivery cost which will be recorded and indicated before the validation of the order.

The seller reserves the right to modify the prices of products sold on the site at any time and without notice.

During the order confirmation, the final price is indicated, this includes all taxes and contributions for the European Union whose value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order for France and the countries of the European Union.

In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, the customer is considered to be the importer of the product (s) concerned. Any customs fees or other taxes that could be applied if the customer orders outside of metropolitan France are not included in this price. The seller is not liable for these rights and amounts, they will therefore be the responsibility of the buyer and will be entirely responsibility. The Customer undertakes to pay all taxes and customs duties due to the import of products under the laws of the country's reception country.

  • Payment

The price indicated on the order confirmation by the seller corresponds to the price invoiced to the customer. Any order takes the place of a payment obligation from the customer. The customer must therefore pay the amount indicated to him at the time of the order. The execution of the order only takes place after the full payment by the customer of the amount of his order.
